High-speed lines, zero tolerance for warpage
On single-fire and porcelain tile lines running at high speed, a small firing drift means warpage, planarity defects, tone shift, or caliber drift across a whole batch. Porcelio holds the curve, grades every piece, and sorts to uniform lots, so downgrades and returns fall while line speed holds.

Where a single defect is expensive
On 1600×3200 mm and larger slabs, dimensional stability and shade consistency are everything, one defect can scrap a high-value piece. Porcelio's twin predicts fired caliber and planarity before the burn, and perception catches shade variation the human eye tires of.
Slip-casting, complex glazing, dunting control
Vitreous china is high value and unforgiving: complex slip-cast geometry, thick glaze, and long firing cycles make dunting and glaze defects costly. Porcelio controls drying and glaze application on complex geometry and simulates the firing curve to avoid dunting.
