No. Porcelio runs on plant-edge hardware alongside your existing PLCs and SCADA, reading telemetry and issuing bounded setpoints. It augments and closes the loop rather than ripping out control infrastructure.
How long until we see results?
Pilots land on a single high-ROI workflow, defect and tone vision, or kiln firing-curve control, with a hard metric agreed up front. Most plants prove ROI on that workflow before expanding kiln by kiln.
